Supply: We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these web pages in PDF (Portable Document Format) format immediately following a completed transaction with Paypal. During busier periods, delivery may be subject to a non specified delay. We will endeavour to deliver your PDF's as soon as possible.

Pattern Errors: We will endeavour to ensure that all PDF patterns are correct and accurate at the time of release. However, should we be informed of an error with a design, we will amend the pattern as soon as possible.

Refunds: In the event of loss, late delivery or dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a replacement is not acceptable we will offer a full refund up to a maximum of 60 days from the day of transaction. The goods need not be returned and a full refund will be sent. If initial payment was by Paypal, then the refund will be made back to your Paypal Account within 60 days from the transaction.

Payment: All payments are to be made through a third party payment processor - Paypal UK, an eBay company. At the time of transaction your credit card will be charged and we will be informed of such transaction. Paypal uses the-state-of-the-art encryption, so your information is not available to anyone else - (BS7799 - Code of Practice for Information Security Management).

Copyright: The contents of the Knitables website and PDF patterns are protected by copyright law. All rights reserved. Knitables grants a single user license to use the PDF patterns for private use only and not for commercial purposes. Unauthorised copying, hiring or lending of the Knitables PDF patterns is prohibited. Charities wishing to distribute the Knitables PDF patterns for the purpose of fundraising must have written permission allowing them to do so. Knitables also provide a number of free PDF patterns. You may provide a link to a third party to the patterns but you may not save and re-distribute the PDF patterns.
